These Revelian tests (RCAT) are designed to measure the overall intelligence of a person. The test is 51 questions, and it is estimated that it would take 20 minutes for someone to complete. This test aims to predict an employee’s intellectual performance: how intelligent they already are, and how well they will learn, organize, retain and utilize information they acquire on the job. If you have an intellectually demanding position that needs to be filled, this test is a good predictor for whether or not someone will be a good fit.
Of course it is just a general assessment of one’s intelligence, but if someone performs poorly on this test, it is a fair assumption that they will not perform very well in a very intellectually demanding job.
Game Based Emotional Intelligence Tests
Revelian uses a test called Emotify that is designed to measure a person’s emotional intelligence. It combines interactivity traditional psychometric testing to determine an employee’s ability to identify emotions through facial expression, understand the connections between emotions and recognize situations that would evoke those emotions.
